My only complaint was I felt I didn’t get the massage I asked for. Even though the back of my shoulders, back and neck were treated, I was expecting the top of my shoulders and neck to be massaged out when I was on my back. I have had a fair amount of massages over the years and for the type of treatment I booked, this is usually treated. Unfortunately I was still in pain when I left.

Had a lovely spa day for my husbands Birthday! Only comment really is that some areas of the spa are looking quite tired. The pool area, mainly the roof wasn’t in good condition and the sauna and steam area smelt damp. Changing rooms also had a lot of mould on the ceiling. Could be amazing with some maintenance. Spa itself was nice and maintained, and the staff were lovely.

Great experience for my husbands birthday. The massage was very good, delicious food and good service in a nice venue! Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything was absolutely perfect, staff, food , atmosphere, cleanliness, and Treatments.
The only 1 thing negative was the roof over the pool etc the condensation drips on you ! That could do with an overhaul x
