The staff were friendly and professional. I had the best massage from Olivia. The lunch was great & good choice of food. We were disappointed with the actual spa area as raining it was dripping on all the loungers, and it was cold. The area was tatty and not relaxing. The changing rooms are also in need of an update too. The quality of the towels and robes was not too good either. This was a birthday gift for me and my daughter and disappointing we didn't get the relaxing spa day we had wanted.

Absolutely wonderful place. All the staff were so lovely, making us feel so welcome. Such a friendly atmosphere. All facilities were clean and welcoming. Treatment was amazing as was the food. Highly recommended and can't wait to go back!
