The pool was cold and in a sort of greenhouse with a 4 seater garden jacuzzi in 1 corner and 3 big noisy generators in the other 3 corners,the loungers were plastic beach ones, overall it certainly was not relaxing. The treatments we had were very good and Olivia was very professional, we booked lunch as well and when we got there at 1.15 a lot was not available, this was supposed to be a pre Christmas treat for me and daughters we were extremely disappointed and would not go again.

Lovely day receptionist lovely very helpful. Pool area bit tired, roof leaking dripping onto us, changing rooms bit tired too, no individual changing rooms which is a shame, not everyone likes to get changed with other people, apart from that lovely treatments and afternoon tea was very nice
