Firstly, my therapist notified me on arrival that she had a health problem and couldn’t do the massage. Not her fault but the club should have notified me before I travelled 40 minutes. I had a recently qualified therapist and my massage was less than the 55 minute advertised. My husband and I both found our therapists pressure lacking. Neither of were given a Swedish massage and we asked for ‘firm’ but both felt more like our ten year old daughter was massaging us. Didn’t feel beneficial.

The treatment was not executed to best of my expectation. The therapist did not move sides she stood in the same spot. The hand movements where just targeted to one area. There was no firmness.
The hot tub was not fully functional.
The steam room was as cold as a fridge.
The best experience was the lunch, staff friendly and cheerful, food lovely.
