My pedicure was lovely was a bit of a wait as they couldn't find her but it wasnt a booked appointment
I think the Basin which I soaked my feet in was very basic the poor girl had to take a bowl and fill the pedicure by asin with warm water in other establishments the spa chair had automatic water dispenser which was constantly on with warm jets keeping it good
The chair usually has a massage chair attached very basic set up
Swimming pool hasn't easy access and the juccusi was again basic

Booked a spa day for myself and my Mum for part of her birthday gift.
Really happy with what came with the package overall, it was great value for money and Mum had a great time.
The staff were very helpful and attentive but overall the cleanliness of the facilities could have been a bit better. Particularly the changing rooms and pool area.
We were offered tea and coffee as the heaters were down in the pool area which was very kind but we did have to wait 20+ minutes for our second drinks.

Amy was amazing, I would highly recommend. I had a hot stone massage and facial and already made plans to come back.

We were the only ones there for a spa day. Quiet day of relaxation. Good facilities. Steam room was out of order (glass had broken) but didn’t mind as they have sauna. The room in which the pool and loungers are could do with being a little warmer. Got a few drops of rain drop on me through the roof. Massage was great, Mia was my therapist and had a lovely calming voice and did a great massage. Lunch was tasty and included in the spa day price so that was a bonus. Lots of choices! Overall lovely
