Beautiful surroundings, fab treatment and food excellent. We had a lovely spa day and great value for money.
Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
The steam room was out of order. There is a bit of a musty smell in the pool room and changing rooms. Service was very good however and food was lovely. Enjoyed the day.

Upon arrival we were informed the jacuzzi had just been cleaned and was being re filled with water, it was freezing cold and unable to get into until 4pm and when we did get in although the water may have been changed the shell itself hadn’t been.
The steam room was out of order all day.
The whole spa looks run down and in need of a good clean.
Shame as skylark left with me great memories from my wedding day which have now been slightly tinted.
Swedish Massage
The place is ok, relaxing atmosphere and the therapist was pleasant and polite. However, I originally paid for a 40min Swedish massage, Amy told me I actually paid for a scalp as an extra, we agreed that she would spend more time than planned on the back rather than have the scalp as it’s not what I opted for when I booked (it seems I was incorrectly charged). The disappointment comes from the fact the session lasted no longer than 30min so not happy to receive less whilst paying more?
