Our visit was for for my daughters 40th birthday but was left dissapointed because the pool area is very tired, roof leaking, spa needs better cleaning and steam room was out of order, this made it difficult to relax in the area.
However reception staff were very friendly , welcoming and helpful.
We really enjoyed the relaxation area and treatments, Olivia was very professional.
The experience in resturant was very good.

Lots of children in the pool and jacuzzi, screaming, cutting up people trying to actually swim, jumping/bombing into the pool. No supervision. Was not a relaxing experience whatsoever. Children were also going in and out if the steam room and sauna (despite signs saying no under 16s).
Showers were dirty - hair and dirt in shower basin.
My sisters “toastie” was cold and missing ingredients.

Absolutely stunning venue and the perfect place to go and relax at the spa.
I had my eyebrows and lashes done with Olivia. Olivia was very welcoming, chatty and kind but most importantly she is very talented at what she does! Thank you for a lovely experience, I'll definitely be coming back.

Venue is beautiful but pool let down sadly as you get cold from being dripped on and if anything touches the floor it gets soaked in green water.
