But the spa area was cold and drafty. The jacuzzi was very dirty and had a scum and hair floating we got out after a minute. The steam room was barely working went in twice and no steam whatsoever. Behind the jacuzzi was green on the walls. My wife's robe had a 3 inch patch missing like something had been torn out. And her shower cubicle had mould growing on the shower curtain. Food was good but overall felt dirty and would not return.

Amazing spa, great atmosphere & very helpful staff.
On arrival member of staff showed us around, got changed and straight into pool, the room itself was alot of condensation which was dripping every inch on the room, the jacuzzi had scum around the edge - we were there at 1030am should be clean as open for half hour? -
The floor needed more attention as was dirty in shower near sauna. Lunch was amazing, dining room very nice and modern, great choice of food & drink for £15 overall a great day
