The vegetables were cold and needed re -heating. Glass of wine had to be sent back. Most of the staff in restaurant were stood around. Plates not cleared away after eating.
Shower curtains in changing facilities not in acceptable condition. Cleanliness of changing facilities not great.
Gym equipment good.
Therapist Amy was amazing. Great customer service, more than made up for the poor experience of the lunch.
Would definitely book to have a treatment with Amy again, (a real gem)

I was gifted my facial and it was a really wonderful relaxing experience. I was made to feel very welcome on arrival and I would really recommend the treatment.
