The swimming pool area (especially the roof) and changing room need updating. However the staff make it an enjoyable atmosphere and are very helpful. I eould definitely book another spa day.

I have been fortunate to have a facial in a few lovely places over the years, including overseas, but the facial with your Charlotte is next level. She is an exceptional member of your loyal and dedicated team. Her knowledge, expertise and warm/ wise personality make her really stand out. Never have I enjoyed and benefitted from a facial so much, plus a first- class pedicure from Charlotte too. Bravo!
