Gel Nails Manicure
I was bought a luxury spa day as a gift through Red Letter Day. I have to say the facilities were some of the worst I have seen. There was nothing luxury about it. I took magazines and a kindle to read at the pool side (as I do on most spa days) and couldn’t relax because everything was soaking, the loungers, chairs and side tables. The condensation was appalling and so bad it was dripping on my face from the ceiling whilst I was laid there.

The spa was a little chilly in all areas except the steam room, which was great. The jacuzzi was a disappointment - not a lot of bubbles going on there and not that hot either. The roof needs seeing too, lots of mould and you get dripped on! The food was amazing. Staff great but the spa needs some money spent on it.
