The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable there; the massage with Charlotte was wonderful. She was so friendly. The swimming pool was a fantastic size; and the sauna and steam room were amazing. The only reason for a lost star was the hot tub; it was not very hot; and the pole/rail next to the step to get in was encrusted with rust. The layout of the changing room meant only one bench had coat hooks which was already filled with people’s stuff who didn’t use the lockers.

The massage part of the experience was great, and Charlotte put me at ease straight away. However, the other facilities were very tired and needed improvement. The swimming pool area is in a conservatory type building ... it was raining, and the roof was leaking drops of water everywhere. The jacuzzi wasn't working properly ... the water was warm but the jets weren't working. The changing area was adequate but would definitely suggest larger lockers, and to bring your own padlock.
