It was easy to book my appointment. I was seen on time, the salon was quiet & my stylist & I had chance to chat. I was able to personally tailor my hair & discuss my needs with my stylist. It was easy to find a spot to park my car & I left ahead of schedule, very happy. What more can one ask?

I leave this review reluctantly. I have used Sam multiple times in the past (not for a while). Upon entering the salon I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness. I had to leave and now Sam is not communicating and refusing to refund me
