I was able to personally tailor my hair & discuss my needs with my stylist.

I leave this review reluctantly. I have used Sam multiple times in the past (not for a while). Upon entering the salon I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness. I had to leave and now Sam is not communicating and refusing to refund me
