I had my hair cut and coloured by Sam. I was wanting to go a lot lighter but had so much red dye in my hair I didn't think it was possible. Within 2 hours Sam had my hair looking lighter & healthier. I was offered coffee and biscuits whilst the dye was on and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Had a kerastaight treatment - billed as 3.5 hours took closer to 2.5 despite very long and thick hair. Overall great job and have noticed a loosening of the curl pattern.The straightening at the end could have been done better felt it was slightly rushed through but overall very happy with the service from all employees and would return
