The worst haircut I have ever had. Although Sam was nice, she completely ignored what I asked for. She cut my hair extremely short (not what I wanted) and has completely ruined my hair (the haircut is wonky and the shaping is awful). I have now had to spend over £50 to fix it at another salon. At this appointment, the hairdresser was shocked at the state of the haircut and did her best to sort it out (however, it was difficult to save). Really upset and disappointed. Will not be coming back.
