Haircut felt very rushed and was very choppy as a result and the layers were a lot shorter than asked for, and not blended into the rest of the hair at all. Cut wasn’t checked at the end and the back wasn’t shown in the mirror. When I got home, the underneath was longer than the top and there were chunks of hair that hadn’t been cut. Not what I asked for at all and very disappointed in the service received.

A very relaxing afternoon. Sam used a different colour this time and it looks amazing. A perfect cut and blow-dry too. I'm very happy with my hair and will definitely rebook x
