First time for a sports massage at the clinic and with Lena. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease from the minute I arrived. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and lena also talked me through one or two stretches to help me going forward. I have booked another appointment in a couple of weeks. Well worth the money

My first appointment at this location and it won't be the last. Lina was welcoming, personable, professional and really made sure she tailored my treatment to my requirements. Lina translated her knowledge of the body, muscles etc into terms I could understand during her summary at the end of my treatment.
