It was ‘ok’. I booked online but it wasn’t very clear as some of the options have the same write up. I booked for gel nails mainicure and pedicure. When I arrived they charged me an additional £3 for the nails and then when it came to my pedicure they said I owed an additional £2. I’ve come away and my nails are all uneven and it is different thickness on certain nails. The ladies were lovely, but there needs to be more attention to detail when customers are parting with £70+

Preti has been waxing me for years now and she always makes me feel comfortable, we have chats in between, it’s not painful and she’s a lovely person. The staff always have high spirits and it’s a nice place to go to for nails, hair, eyebrows…etc
