Saturday seemed hectic and not the usual relaxed atmosphere as usual. My appointment was moved, and then ran over, so I felt uncomfortable when the next lady came in and she was sitting staring at me like I had made her late. Not the usual relaxed atmosphere, and not what you want when you are having a treatment. Not Lauras fault, and she tried her best to make everything go as smoothly as possible. Clients should highlight if they have extremely long nails to allocate time correctly.
