Sita pays great attention to detail and does a perfect job every time. Her eyebrow threading is always so neat and precise, and she even gives me a gentle eye massage afterwards, which is such a lovely touch. The same care and attention goes into my pedicure.
Sita is professional, friendly and genuinely takes pride in her work. I always leave feeling happy and well looked after. The new management is also lovely, and I have had no issues at all. I highly recommend Sita and the salon.

I regularly book threading appointments, but the therapist I book is often unavailable at the scheduled time, and I usually have to wait 10–20 minutes. Today, Raman was unavailable, so I had my threading done by Sita. While Sita was polite, she couldn’t understand what I was explaining, so the result and overall experience did not meet my expectations. I hope appointment timings and therapist availability can be managed better.
