Me & my mum had an appointment each for lashes , we were told we couldn’t be done at the same time and had to be done 1 after the other , the lady who did our lashes was lovely although she really stank, glue burnt both our eyes and caused irritation

Due to technical issues, the machine wasn’t working so they offered me a substitute facial. I was pleased with the alternative and my therapist was lovely and explained the steps she was going to do. I’ll rebook again soon.
