Sarah arrived 15 minutes late, which shortened my appointment time. After she'd finished the haircut, she said that I should pay £10 extra because the price online was incorrect. This was not agreed before the haircut. I won't be back.

I had a gel pedicure and arm/leg massage. Kida and Sita were brilliant and I enjoyed my treatments. Kida was friendly and recommended a gorgeous colour for my toes. Sita is a very talented masseuse - I could feel the pressure points releasing and I left very relaxed.
I was asked to pay extra because she also massaged my back (which I hadn't asked for). They said because I booked through Treatwell, they are charged fees. I didn't pay. I would return but didn't appreciate that at the end.
