Booked an appointment for 11am. Seen at 11:07 then made to wait in the room for another 20 minutes. The wax was very rushed and therefore made it more painful. I booked a back, chest and abdominal wax and the waxer didn’t wax the bottoms of my abs.

My appointment was at 4:05 pm. They didn’t start my service till 4:40 pm. Also they didn’t have the color of the nail polish I asked them for. I had to go with the nearest color match as I had paid for the service online. Overall I spent almost 2 hours just for a manicure appointment.

Me & my mum had an appointment each for lashes , we were told we couldn’t be done at the same time and had to be done 1 after the other , the lady who did our lashes was lovely although she really stank, glue burnt both our eyes and caused irritation
