A relatively disappointing experience. The BIAB removal was painful and felt far too aggressive, even after I asked for less pressure. I also experienced multiple intense heat spikes during curing. The appointment felt rushed, the technician was quite rough with my nails, and I didn’t feel my feedback or comfort was taken seriously. The finished set is acceptable, but the shape wasn’t exactly what I requested and there is an air bubble in 2 nails. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Good experience with Sarah for all the hair services but on the other services not very happy , unprofessional people working in saloon jus waisted money to try with new staff. So not recommend for any other services.
