I visited for a pedicure a few days ago and have never felt more disappointed. My nails were left wonky (the nail on my large toe diagonal) and the French tips were also wonky, uneven and not as I asked for.
Despite stating that I was not happy several times, I was told that the nails being filed after painting would neaten and correct this problem (which it didn’t). The therapist then told me “you can only see if you look closely”, then charging me full price stating a discount was applied.
