First time going to slik beauty since moving to reading and had a lovely experience, staff were so welcoming and treatments were brilliant!

Although floor in the procedure room was supposed to be freshly cleaned, it still looked dirty. Holywood wax wasn't thorough and left quite a bit of hair that I had to sort out later on my own (and I'm not talking about super short hairs here). There were no wet wipes offered to clean up prior to the procedure. There was no towel on the beauty bed (there was one in a basket on the floor that is meant for people to put their stuff and clothes in, so I wondered about the cleanliness of it, hence opted not to use it). The lady doing the procedure had a pleasant personality, just wish she'd done a better job. Also, as I was paying for the hot wax procedure, I'm not really happy that she switched to strips here and there "to be faster". Since you know that hot wax takes longer, you should make the appointment time in the booking system longer for it as to not stress out your staff.
