Eyebrows were done neatly by an Asian woman who did not speak English (which was fine by me). She didn’t know I had already prepaid online so I had to explain it to her but she couldn’t understand me. Then she brought me to another worker (who was busy doing someone else’s nails) and tried explaining the situation to her. The other worker then proceeded to tell the Asian woman “I do not understand your language”, which I thought was very rude. Then she proceeded to ask me whether I spoke English (as I’m Asian myself) in a very condescending tone. Good service but don’t expect a nice behaviour from this worker. Great work by the Asian woman though!
Even after taking the appointment had to wait for half an hour for blow dry and still didn’t get chance to do as a client of the hairdresser was imp who didn’t even take an appointment.
Manicure was bad as their nail paint wasn’t of good quality as bubbles occurred on my nail paint and they didn’t even bother to change it even after informing them that there is something wrong with the nail paint.
