I was a little concerned that the removal was using the electric filing tool (as when other salons do this, it really hurts and damages the nails), but the beautician explained she was using an attachment that was specially for removing gel polish. It wasn't painful and she did a good job.

The therapist was lovely and really welcoming, especially since I was feeling so nervous!
However the wax let it down, i didn’t think it was very efficient and I wasn’t 100% with the end result as there was still quite a lot left.
Overall great atmosphere, just wasn’t as efficient as I’d liked
