I am so annoyed that the nails came off after 5 days and one nail easily broke off by half, how is that even possible? You charged £28 for a undone and not very well finished nails, bumpy, and they don’t even have the same shape, one of the nails was chipped within 1 hour and you tried to fix it. I will be not be coming back ever to this place. Waste of money. I am furious 😡 you should really refund me back.

1st time I've had my nails done here. I had a lovely girl who doesn't speak English (this didn't bother me at all) I feel like it was a little rushed, my nails are still rough from the filing, the colours are pretty though.

Absolutely awful!!!!! My daughter had a manicure, pedicure and haircut. They tried to overcharge for the haircut although it took 5 minutes and I was quoted £15 and my email states this price too. My daughters feet an hour later are so dry her nails are chipped on her hands and they tried to blame her!! There is also finer hairs all in her polish from the fissure they use. We was in the salon for 3 hours. My acrylics are thick and clumpy. The nail technician appears new,. £100 wasted 😡😡😡
