As ever, satisfied with the treatment I received. I wasn't too happy with cleanliness levels on this visit and I pointed this out to the beautician I had. The spread on the bed I was on had bits of product with hair in from other sessions. The floor had used buds and other rubbish on. Sresponded well to this and I hope took action after I had left as they should pay attention to such details.

Really a great pedicure. But there's no attention to time. Second time I've been and they seem to take walk ins and just fit appointments in whenever a client is finished. An appointment is not a guarantee on timing. You'll be seen when someone is free. No point in prebooking really.

Leg wax was great, attentive and thorough. Unfortunately it was late by 30 minutes, which I understand can happen sometimes! Just as general feedback, it would be great if I could have been given a bit more information about why I was waiting and roughly how long the wait time would be. Great wax though!
