This was my first treatment with Loredana. I booked an express facial due to dry skin caused by swimming. She took the info from our easy discussion at the start of the appointment and adapted to my needs accordingly. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything as she goes along which is really reassuring. The products she uses are great quality and her studio in the garden is professional and salon quality. I look forward to my treatment.
