The staff were nice, but took another client before I arrived so I wasn't seen until 30 mins after I booked.

This was incredibly disappointing and a waste of money. I had to pay more than expected because the treatment I wanted was advertised incorrectly. I was offered a discount and the treatment was done with several interruptions for the therapist to make personal calls and leave the room several times. The eyelashes were far too glam and not natural as requested. However we put this down to interpretation and they invited me back to redo the lashes. I was much happier but 50% fell out that night and the other 50% over next 36hrs. The only reason I haven’t gone in to demand money back is that the therapist seems like a genuinely lovely person and I didn’t want to cause upset before her Christmas break!
