This is my 2nd visit to Susan and I am still extremely pleased with the inimate waxing service.
My hair was a little longer this time but Susan did everything to minimise discomfort and was quick and efficient.
I also had eyebrows done and they look amazing.
I have recommended friends who have now been for themselves.
Have already rebooked for next time.

I had a very nice experience, the therapist was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
Atmosphere was very relaxing and clean.
I've had many waxes before and this is the first time I have suffered swelling and also a lot of ingrown hair and itching, which I think could be down to skin sensitivity or the type of wax used

I really enjoyed my Express Facial a lot. I have had Express Facials before and found this one very thorough actually, usually they feel very rushed and are pretty short, but this one lasted almost an hour. The therapist took a lot of time for me and we had a proper chat about my skin and the things that I wanted to improve about it.
The treatment itself was very relaxing and my face looks lovely now. I will definitely be back and think this is the best value for price I have found so far.
