Appointment was 20 minutes late but the lady was very apologetic and friendly... wax took a little longer than I am used to but the results were very good!

This is the second time I have been to SM Beauty. I arrived early and was able to go straight in for my appointment. My therapist was lovely and friendly. The wax they use is great (regrowth wasn't even beginning to show until at least 3 weeks after previous wax which has not been the case with previous products/salons). Will definitely be back for my next appointment!
