The staff were very friendly, offered a drink while I waited. The lady that did the treatment was very good and quick and a made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately they were 30 mins behind schedule but other than that I was very happy with the experience and would definitely go back.

I booked and paid online for a 3/4 leg wax with hot wax. I arrived and was told that a 3/4 leg hot wax wouldn't be possible, so I agreed to have a half leg hot wax and the rest strip wax. I also asked to upgrade to a full leg wax and agreed to pay the difference. The beautician missed huge sections of my legs with both the strip and hot wax and I had to ask her to re-do a lot of it after she finished which took ages. When I checked after getting home I realised there were still many patches which had been missed. There was also a misunderstanding when it came to payment and she tried to charge me for two 3/4 leg waxes and I had to argue to persuade her that I should only have to pay extra for the 1/4 to make it up to a full leg. All in all not a great experience, wouldn't go back.

Got a same day appointment with no problem, the therapist was polite and professional and the massage itself was amazing.
