staff were very friendly and facial seems to be effective! However the salon itself didn’t feel very clean or professional. In the room I had the facial in surfaces were covered with dust and hair, and there were open pots of used wax. There was tinny music playing over a phone and room was cramped with chipped paint and bright overhead lights which wasn’t very relaxing. Staff & treatment great, but if there bit more cleanliness and things were more polished it would feel more worth the £90!
