Sanna was very welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely chat throughout the waxing and she was careful to check the temperature was okay for me and even turned on a heater in the room as I was chilly. Waxing was done perfectly too. Thanks!

The stylist I had was lovely to talk to but she totally messed up my balayage. She left the bleach in far too long while she was with another client and, because of how she did the sections, I now have huge white stripes in my hair and cannot put it in up a pony tail. She tried to cover up her mistake with a toner but it washed out the first time I washed my hair myself. Never been so disappointed in a hair appointment. My hair looks ridiculous and I hate to think what it will look like after a few more washes. As nice as she was, she clearly had no idea what she was doing with the balayage. Never going back.
