I strongly recommend anyone against booking treatments with this venue.
I'll try to keep this concise. I paid for a balayage, the stylist stuffed it up towards my front right side, I asked her see me again to fix it, and she proceeded to apply bleach right up to my roots in the front without my consent, more so on the right than the left. At this point it wasn't even close to a balayage anymore and it looked embarrassingly silly when pulled up into a ponytail. In fact, it was significantly worse than the original botched balayage.
I contacted the venue again on Facebook to send them photos and ask for a refund so I could pay someone else to fix it but was refused, so reluctantly agreed to go back in and let them try to “sort it out” again. Suddenly the manager changed her tune though, responding in an extremely unprofessionally way. I was absolutely stunned. I couldn’t believe a business would conduct themselves in such a rude manner. It was made very clear that I would not be able to have my hair fixed there or that they were even willing to if I wanted.
I have since had go to a different salon and pay for them to add highlights to my hair to cover up the mind boggling poor quality job that the Salon Zone Boutique stylist did. This was particularly upsetting as I originally got a balayage because I specifically didn't want my hair bleached all the way up to the roots, allowing me to not have to get it done very often. Now my hair has been bleach damaged three times instead of just one and I am out of pocket twice as much money as I should have been.
