Really lovely lady who did a very neat, tidy and pain free wax

No greeting when entering the salon, not offered a drink or any magazines to read despite being there for nearly 2 hours. Ended up with a combination of stylists, after the first one was so busy she handed me over to another stylist. Bit disappointing to receive a service like this when my appointment was booked.
Balayage was ok, a lot more dye than I would expect and not much of my natural hair colour left to blend in which is a real shame. Stylist did not offer a colour dye wheel before beginning which I persisted to ask for, maybe due to her rushed schedule
