Vey nice and clean place with a very friendly nail master. pleasure to be there ;)
I had to wait 20 minutes because the previous customer was late. The staff was very kind and apologized several times but the waxing ended up being more painful than usual. Also, it is the second time I go there and they ask me why I book through Treatwell rather than calling them - I find it quite annoying to give every time the same explanation that I find the app very quick and easy to use and I can also apply discounts as well as pay in advance.

Lovely girl who did my nails but the place felt a little unprofessional. I had coffee from a polystyrene cup and there was lots of nail 'dust' on the table. There was some confusion when I went to pay as her treat well app said it was £45 where as mine said it was £36. So that was a bit awkward. She offer to charge £36 in the end but not a great system from her perspective. My mani and pedi are both perfect though. Would go back
