Lovely girl who did my nails but the place felt a little unprofessional. I had coffee from a polystyrene cup and there was lots of nail 'dust' on the table. There was some confusion when I went to pay as her treat well app said it was £45 where as mine said it was £36. So that was a bit awkward. She offer to charge £36 in the end but not a great system from her perspective. My mani and pedi are both perfect though. Would go back

Sanaa was amazing. Very friendly and was more or less painless. Pretty much had most the hair off in the 1st go. Definitely would recommend.
