Really efficient service and very friendly staff too

The price was very competitive and the treatment was completed to a high standard. However, the lady was very rough when combing out my tangled hair (caused by her back -combing before applying the dye) and it was quite painful. The staff all spoke only in Bulgarian, which made me feel quite uncomfortable and out of place. Frequently the lady who was treating my hair would randomly walk away for prolonged periods of time without explanation (15 minutes to go and move her parked car etc).
The lady who looked after my nails was extremely talented. The staff were all lovely and all came to show me their nails which helped me choose what colour and style I wanted. I will definitely be coming back!
