I had to wait 20 minutes because the previous customer was late. The staff was very kind and apologized several times but the waxing ended up being more painful than usual. Also, it is the second time I go there and they ask me why I book through Treatwell rather than calling them - I find it quite annoying to give every time the same explanation that I find the app very quick and easy to use and I can also apply discounts as well as pay in advance.
