Never paying treatwell again. Arrived and was told they could not fulfil. Still no refund. The venue wanted me to cancel - which means I would not get my money back. They haven’t cancelled yet. Treatwell has no customer service despite holding pay

My ratings don't only reflect the services, they also reflect Treatwell. The location was closed, with no staff or anyone to support. Phone also wasn't connecting to a voice machine so that I could leave a message.
