Don’t book, I don’t think they exist! Wouldn’t know how good they are because they weren’t there for my appointment! I called Treatwell and they could get hold of them. I left a voicemail. 48 hours later I have still not heard from them.

I booked my appointment for 6pm, but got an email at 5.35pm to change my appointment to 5.30pm...
I got there at 5.50pm and explained and she said it was fine.
She was on her own and another lady turned up for an appointment at 6pm. She told her to wait whilst she did my nails.
It was all just a bit awkward! And resulted in me only having 2 coats of my chosen colour when realistically I need 3 as it’s a very pale colour.
It would have been better for her to apologise and not be able to do the treatment and offer me a refund than what actually happened.

Really lovely eyebrows - hard to find someone who can do proper threading without charging an arm and leg in Mayfair!!
