My ratings don't only reflect the services, they also reflect Treatwell. The location was closed, with no staff or anyone to support. Phone also wasn't connecting to a voice machine so that I could leave a message.

Upon arriving home and taking my shoes after the pedicure I found that the nail polish had smeared because it hadn’t dried properly.
