Booked an appointment for my husband on August 16 upon arrival the lady told him the Thera for men isn’t available even though when booking I did mention it’s for a man. She told him he would get a refund, he went back and spoke to manager to reassure him he’d get a refund , waited more than 2 weeks and nothing was done my husband sent the manager a message no reply and now we’re 19th of September and no refund yet . Terrible experience

The lady there is lovely but my pedicure was not good I’m afraid. I had to come home and remove it with nail polish remover just because it looked so bad. I also sat under the foot dryer for a very long time.
