Was told the steamer wasn’t working so treatment couldn’t go ahead. Waited all day and was not refunded despite being promised this multiple times. Very poor service and such a shame. I didn’t want to have a to write a bad review but it’s not fair to keep my money without refunding me for a treatment I never received.
