So far the worst experience ever . I should not let the lady cut my hear as from the start everything was not right . The hygiene of the lady that was cutting my head was shocking, she didn’t introduce herself and was hard to understand everything she said . The gentleman that was doing the nail treatment for other customer was constantly talking non English to the lady . She had to stop the cutting few times to pass him some items / assist him. The lady cut my hear so bad that I rush for rescue to another salon straight away. When she finished my hairs were still wet and I have to ask the attendant to dry them properly , nothing was applied on my hair after washing. I was really embarrassed to travel looking like that but I had no choice. The hairdresser in the other place couldn’t believe that I came from the hairdresser. She joke that even her daughter would do it better. Overall I want to warn everyone not visit this place; it’s a scam! Staff there is not qualified to do the job.
I loved the venue, really central and the service provided was quick and professional
Was ok, took the nail varnish off but took a long time and they scraped my nails a lot.
