This treatment took far too long, whilst the staff member was trying to juggle another client with her eyebrow colouring. Horrendous service! I will never be going back.

The beautician took far too long with my treatment. I also had to wait a very long time to be seen too, even though I had booked my treatment in advance. No time management skills whatsoever.

With the new venue, it is clean but too bright and also noisy which really dampens any calm ambiance. It's not good value for money as I have had a better facial threading treatment done elsewhere. The staff are not helpful with any of their own wrongdoings. I will never be going back.
