Shop wasn’t open when I arrived for my appointment at 9am. Had to wait 15 mins before seen. She then was confused about what I had booked for. The facial felt half done and when she was steaming it was barely touching one side of my face. At this point I mentioned it to her so she told me to turn my head. Then after she This is an effort based business. Then after she did the extraction of dirt etc she went straight into applying moisturiser which is not correct as the face should be cleansed.

Worst place ever. Disgusting service. I arrived 10 minutes before only to find that the girl was "sick" and couldn't do my make up. They refused to give me a refund. I feel like I've been cheated of £45. Never book here!!
