The waxing was good, but was not impressed by the fact the treatment was done in a dirty store room with lots of boxes and cobwebs. I would go back if they improved the conditions. Appointment was nearly 15 mins late.. will not be returning any time soon.

I arrived for my appointment and the ladies weren't really nice or polite. I was shown to a room that was being used as a storage room, full of boxes and with towels being left to dry on a clothe rack. The room was cold and the lady had to push the "bed" right to the corner of the room or the door wouldn't shut. She left me to get ready, and I realised that no towel had been left for me to cover myself with. She then had to go in and out several times as she has to plus the was heater, and there was no socket inside the room. The lady became more friendly as the session began and we had a nice chat. When the treatment was finished, I dressed up and went to leave the place as I had already paid via the app. Another lady stopped me and said she needed to check on the system. She added that I only paid for the Brazilian wax, and since I also had the back done I had to pay an extra £5. This is the first time I am being asked to pay extra at the salon!!! It is either included in the price, or this is an option I need to add on the app. The overall experience was just disappointing, and will not go back.
