The system was down (can’t be helped) so they didn’t have a record of my booking on arrival. Wax was too hot but they let it cool. The atmosphere wasn’t the best but they got the job done and therapist was pleasant.

I arrived for my appointment.
They were 40 minutes late. The ambiance was not great at all, not the kind of ambiance you want to be when you take a break.
The treatment on itself was not professional at all. I knew better how the machine worked and how to proceed (and my job is selling wine) ...
I was supposed to pay 21£, they insisted for me to pay 25£ (which is the normal price without treat well)
I mean... don’t go there...

It was 15 minutes later than scheduled, could have been made to feel way more welcome, the cleanliness of the salon isn’t amazing...probably won’t go back :/
