i booked an appointment for 10am and they made me wait for 30min. Actual service is ok, but staff has not even checked that i had a booking. also, you can't use your stamp card if you book on treatwell. They didn't even try to make up for the wait, just kept smiling awkwardly. really annoying experience, wasting my time!

I am very pleased with my wax. After having a very bad wax done by some place else the month before, I was very happy to have a professional wax done. Vanita took her time and made sure it was done properly instead of rushing it and leaving patches and damaging my skin.
