Disappointing wax. Was taken to a fairly shabby back room, and treated by a woman who said she was unwell. Probably the most painful Brazilian I've had - she seemed to struggle to find the 'edge' of the wax to pull off, and at one point I thought I was going to have to ask her to abandon halfway. Would definitely not book again :(

Extremely disappointed with the experience in the beauty center.
The staff looks nice, but the young girl with the glasses who did my treatments was arrogant. Seems she did not want to work, that she did not want to meet my expectations. I went there for wax and body exfoliation so I've spent 70£ and for that value I want the job done properly and no coming back come outside still with hair on my legs.
For the first time in my life I complained about that with the manager. He supposed to recall me back but still haven't received any call yet.
I will never go again in that shop and certainly will not recommend to my friends and treatwell costumers.
