My appointment was at 11am on Sunday, however I was left waiting outside of the store for 15 minutes as it was not yet open. When I was finally let in, I was told that there was no record of my booking on their system. The therapist did not apologise straight away, but waited until I was on the massage table. Luckily, the massage itself was good however I think something needs to be done about the coordination of booking systems as I believe this is not the first time that they have missed bookings through Treatwell.
