They gave me a different price from the website and made me wait for 15 minutes as they were late to open. Although staff was kind and ended up charging me the initial amount arranged

Had a short wait despite booking an appointment. Staff were really sweet but the gel was really old and she had to start again. Happy with the end result but would expect slightly better for £30!
